virtual agency (computer) n.: An agency, such as in
advertising, which can exist without the trappings and expenses of
traditional agencies due to the digital information technology
available in the information age. These agencies typically charge
clients less for services without sacrificing quality of work.
Recommended for those businesses interested in making a profit.

BACKGROUND

Named for St. Catherine of Bologna, patron saint of artists,
Catalina Communications was originally established in 1995
as a technical writing and desktop publishing enterprise named
Catalina Papers. Our services grew to include novelty items
that could be produced using desktop publishing software.
Over time, we evolved into a traditional communications and
advertising agency. Services currently include collateral and
print ad design, corporate ID services, newsletter production,
and marketing especially for businesses in the Las Vegas Valley
that serve the growing senior population.

COMPANY VALUES

Catalina Communications believes in the value of customer service
wrapped in ethical conduct. Our business will always keep in mind
that customer loyalty starts with the perceived value of the service received.
In the interest of customer service and in order to earn that loyalty we will:

Maintain fair published prices for services and offer those prices
to all our customers.

Customers appreciate honesty. Exorbitant prices, or conversely
deep discount pricing just to obtain new accounts is neither fair
to our customers nor to our own industry.

Provide service to each customer according to that customer's needs
and stated goals within the guidelines of ethical behavior.

In cases where a client may request services that may cause any
embarrassment for either their company or ours, we will attempt to offer
ethical alternatives to accomplish the client's goals. In cases where these
alternatives are not satisfactory to the client, Catalina Communications
will excuse itself from the process.
